Being an elderly lady living alone I was always fearful of unfamiliar noises at night. Also this is going to sound crazy but I also would get a fright ever time I saw a boy in a certain school uniform who looked like the one who would drag sharp sticks across my glass fence. I had my security system installed last week, having purchased a new home and having had instant security's services for many years at my old home. The design and installation team were excellent - they solved a problem that arose - quickly and satisfactorily and without needing too much from me. We used instant security to install security cameras at our property. They were very reasonably priced for the work involved. The work was done promptly and to a high standard. They were happy for us to make a few little changes along the way and the communication from the company was good. We now also use them to monitor our alarm system and haven’t had any issues to date.

Provide a reliable security system which installs and honours its products. I have one of their security systems which was poorly installed, faulty and now disconnected. There has been excuse after excuse about their poor home security system which is more an expensive white elephant than a security system.

We have used Instant Security since October 1994 when they wired our house during construction, and have been extremely happy with their professional and honest approach and quality of service.
When NBN was installed Instant Security handled the changeover very professionally.
They know our property, and some of our failings ( Leaving our front door open when going out results in a phone call before we leave the driveway!!) and this gives us great peace of mind knowing our property is in safe hands.

Instant Security were fantastic from the get go, Sammie responded promptly to my inquiry and arranged for a technician to reinitiate the existing security system. Bailey was on time as promised, polite, knowledgeable and able to modify the system to suit our needs.
