I'd give zero if I could. I had Tony come on a Monday and do a quote for our pool area. He said he would get back to me the following week, which he never did. I then msgd him on the Friday and said he would have my quote to me on Monday. After still not receiving anything, the last msg I sent was 11th November asking when the quote would be ready and still no response. 2 months on, still waiting for my quote... but I suppose it won't come. I left a review on Houzz, which was never publicated, so I suppose he can pick and choose what people can see. Very disappointing.

It's been a month today and I'm still waiting for my quote, very disappointed with Tony I rang him twice to see if he had sent it and got the same story, i realise he might be busy but don't tell me your going to send the quote at the end of the week and a month later I'm still waiting. very unprofessional.
