The idea was generated from a university assignment completed by Shaun and Tim. The two students decided to turn their concept into reality and The Furniture Shack was born. Low start-up capital forced the boys to learn all tasks of running a retail enterprise from unloading containers right through to hand delivering the item to the customer's home.
We supply all things Outdoor. Including Outdoor Dining, Outdoor Lounge, Bar Settings, Alfresco Furniture, Premium Furniture, Outdoor Umbrellas, Outdoor Rugs, Outdoor Cushions and Furniture Covers. Stocking high quality pieces designed for our harsh Queensland climate. All furniture is exclusively designed by The Furniture Shack.
We went into the Furniture Shack not knowing what we wanted or what was best for our outside area. Renee helped us work through how we wanted to entertain and what options we had. The process from choosing our outdoor lounge and dining to delivery was A1! We found it most helpful that we could choose the chairs we wanted from one range with the table we wanted from another range to buy what was right for us.

Bill and Felicia went out of there way to make this a great and easy purchase. Needed a new couch in less than 24 hours. Felicia took the time on the phone to let me know what was in stock that fit my needs. I went in the next morning and Bill was quick to get the purchase done and loaded and I was out the door.

I worked with Falica to get my sectional and ottoman, and it was such a breeze! I used them because of their amazing reviews. The sectional and ottoman I received are fantastic, and I’m so happy. The people they work with for deliveries and assemblies were amazing too. Falica was so friendly and communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. Pleasantly surprised at how affordable, high quality and efficient Furniture Shack is. When I first found their website I thought it was so simple and straight forward it had to be a scam. 🤣 But then I called them and sure enough it’s real! We came to the furniture shack looking for a sectional couch that would comfortably fit our family. Vivi greeted us with a smile and showed us all our options. Everyone was super friendly and it wasn’t one of those environments where you feel pressured to buy something. We found a sectional we loved and had it delivered today. It looks great in our home. Love this place! We had been looking for a reclining sofa and have had some bad luck and really bad customer service from other places. Megan at Furniture Shack was so kind and nice and engaged as were the rest of the folks we interacted with there. We love our reclining sofa and the gorgeous area rug to go with! Great place to buy quality furniture at really good prices. You won't be sorry :)
