Bob sad can’t quote over the phone and just charge mec$95 then $100 a hour. I paid him $200. The same issue broke again. Exactly the same priblem 7 days later. Now bob says there’s no warranty and I have to pay again. Conman bob try’s to tell you how is a good guy when he is a shark and needs to retire. Stay away from this company .

Could not tell the difference between cars could not work his computer diagnostics tool to code car came up with excuses went to neighbors house as he was confused stating been in bussiness for years You wouldn't know as he doesn't know what he is talking about makes up stories says he's going to be there don't show up on time or at all lies saying legislation doesn't allow the return of old key.... poor service bad communcation and extremely over priced STAY AWAY PEOPLE

Bob was extremely rude and unprofessional. After arriving at our house 45 mins late, he was at our house for 2 hours not achieving anything before being asked to leave. He didn’t, and then started to abuse my partner. When I phoned later that day, he threatened me and then hung up on me. He would not give our keys back and after realising that he couldn’t do that, he came back only to charge double the price he quoted. He constantly says that he has 40 years experience, however in that time, one door is enough to stump him. I would hate for someone else to go through what I have been through
