Very good company to deal with. Staff were friendly and helpful. Andersons packed and moved my mothers entire house worth of goods from Lakes Entrance to Melbourne. Showed up on time, did a great job and delivered on time with not a single item broken or damaged. Great job Andersons! Better pricing than Melbourne based removal teams. I would certainly use again and happy to recommend.

Disgraceful all my items were picked through by the three men that had access to my property they basically went shopping stole what they wanted Christmas gifts for my dogs ,car items leather car seat ,jewerlly my packing blankets which I was told they would be returned .all my furniture was scratched,and white goods ,wrought iron hand crafted bed .tools were taken even special documents and xrays are gone .you won't know until you start unpacking items what is missing never been so upset in my lifetime.dont use them you will loose to many items .not trustworthy at all ,some of my personal items

I used Andersons to remove my furniture from Melbourne to the country. They arrived on time. Ward and his young offsider were efficient and very helpful and courteous while there. The delivery was 4 hours away. Mal and Bart arrived early in the day and they were helpful and courteous and efficient. Much appreciated everyone. Regards John Burnell.

These guys were truly fantastic. They worked their tails off and honestly couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional. Not a scratch on anything and we have external and internal stairs to negotiate. Nothing was too much trouble. They made what could have been a very stressful 2 days go as smoothly as it possibly could.

I had Anderson's Removals &Storage from Langwarrin in Victoria in December 2017 pick up my furniture from pakenham victoria to move to Brisbane Qld & i couldn't be happier with how they not only took great care of my furniture but how they were very professional in 1st visit for a quote & throughout my time with them..... While i did most of my own… packing myself they did have packers to come& pack up my china in my china cabinet & also some crockery & photo frames ect. They also packed up my many treasured porcelain dolls in a tall glass cabinet which are very precious

We had occasion to use Anderson Removalist's in our move from NSW to Rosebud, Victoria. They picked our belongings on the 12th December 2017 and delivered the next day to Rosebud. Our settlement had been delayed due to conveyancing incompetence, the boys had arrived at 12pm our settlement was set back to 3pm on a 35degree day. Our removalist's Chris and Joe never complained and in fact stayed with us in the heat making sure that we were stowed away safely..I cannot begin to tell you how much of a huge relief they were in an otherwise completely chaotic day.

Terrible experience, items damaged during removal in particular a near brand new television that after almost two months of persistent phone calls was reluctantly replaced with a damaged ex-display TV. Horrible customer service, horrible removal service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If there was an option for less than one star I'd give it. Pathetic.
