Well managed business with clear communications and professional staff. Lion and Manny were energetic, cheerful and focused on customer satisfaction with evident moving experience. When the job looked to be bigger than expected, we discussed options together resulting in a second team to assist (Carlos and Daniel) to ensure we were all moved by 5PM.

I needed help moving my three bedroom unit into a storage unit 15 mins away. I had heard wonderful things about Mooval. When the guys arrived to pack my things I was a bit worried as they said they hadn’t packed before. However the packing went well. On moving day two men. Unfortunately it was one of the guys first day. This was clearly evident.… Broken wine bottles, broken lamps and scratches on my freshly painted walls and doors. It took 6 hours for 2 men to move which I thought was a bit steep! I was invoiced for longer than the men worked for and an hour travel time which I was

Really disappointed with the service. We used Mooval last time we moved, but this time it was a really different experience. They rescheduled the packers, the movers were students from Columbia with a Budget (hired) truck and very inexperienced. Many things got damaged or broken. The unpackers also got rescheduled and they could not provide a cleaner. To top that all off, they are ignoring my emails about compensating me for the damage caused to the broken items. I would not recommend using Mooval.

We contracted MOOVAL for a packing, move and end-of-lease clean full service.
We have moved 5 times in the last 6 years, including an international move, and our guys and gals were by far the best we have encountered.
Our packer Carlos was really helpful- managing a few hurdles, giving us good advice and having a friendly presence on pack day. Jason and Deekpak our movers worked efficiently and with a positive attitude throughout the whole 12.5hr job (it wasn’t an easy one!). We were incredibly impressed with their professionalism, attitude and stamina. The amount of stuff they got on the truck

WARNING!!!! Using Mooval was the biggest mistake of my move. What they didn’t loose they damaged or broke.
They get you in with a flashy web page and I believe bogus reviews (one review was from someone called Lock Smith…really???). Then sting you and threaten to unload the van unless you pay upfront before delivery. Something they say they don’t to. The owner does’t care and I’ve included the last text exchange I had with him in the pictures.
They overcharged me bringing in a second truck when I told them upfront I needed more space. I got charged the for the extra space but the truck

Have used them for moving my furniture. I opted for mooval due to the good reviews they had online, although they were 30 to 40% expensive than other removalists around. Dents were made to my fridge and desk, my sofa and couch was thrown around like a piece of rubbish and had so much dirt by the end of the work. I complained to the mooval Team about the service and never heard back from their customer complaints team. I would give a review less than 1 if possible. Please try and avoid them as they are quite unprofessional and not responsive once the money is paid and work is completed.

Having had some not so great experiences in the passed with removalists, I took some time to review removalists and chose Mooval based on their reviews and was not disappointed. By far the most professional removalists we have used and will use them again for our next move. The booking process was easy and worked out our requirements easily over the phone. Another company is high I spent some time working out our requirements tried to upsell us a bigger more expensive truck and then wanted to charge extra for stairs. I am so glad I didn’t use them.
