I'm very happy with the service. They are kind people and a local company. Elizabeth in their office was very professional and efficient. My service guy, I think was named Mike, I should have written it down, he was great. It's nice to have someone who will take time to explain everything to you. They sprayed yesterday and I've already found a ton of dead bugs. Ants have been out of control and I've done everything I can, but it was time to call for the good stuff! Give them a try! Support local! Go for the year plan, it's worth it!

We have been using Specialized Pest Patrol since at least 2017 and have been very happy with their service. I originally called them because we live next to a field and had a rat making herself and her babies comfortable in an exterior wall! They took care of that problem and showed us where it was getting in so we could repair the area. Now they come every two months for maintenance to prevent ants and spiders. Specialized pest patrol is the best in the business! I’ve been a Sacramento area resident for many years now and they have always been my first choice when it comes to pest control. Just got off the phone with Gina and scheduled a service tech to come handle my ant problem. This is after calling seven other local pest control companies. Pretty much every single place tells me the same exact thing, except the prices vary.
Rob at Specialized was the only one who really listened to what I had to say and gave me input based on his experience that could tackle my problem. On top of that, the pricing structure of their 60 day program is the best priced and really cant be beat.

I just want to express how deeply I appreciate the service we've received from Specialized Pest Patrol for the last 10 years. Gina handles the office and is the greatest! She has been so kind and helpful over the years, and has handled several urgent situations for us, including moving into a house disturbing hundreds of BLACK WIDOW'S! George was at the house within an hour and calmly did the hero thing! Another time I bought a really old truck filled with mud wasps, and he even took care of them too! I think George is working in another area now and I miss him very much. We've become very close
