I used Envirocon to deal with ant infestation at my house. I really like the responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism of the team. The treatment was very thorough and the exterminator was polite and even wore covers over his shoes, when he sprayed inside. I had to call them back when I saw ants again and the response was as quick as the first time. I am really pleased how the company takes care of their clients.

I have been with EnviroCon for a while now and have never been disappointed. My tech George is amazing always on time and very friendly, extremely thorough and helpful. Even when I am having an issue then send someone out even though I'm not scheduled a service. Best pest control company I've been with since moving to the area 12 years ago. They are always professional and friendly. They take good care of treating the outside or inside of your home and are mindful or the items around your home when they do. Bracey has been here treating our home for a few years now and he’s always super friendly and lets you know when he arrives. If you have questions or concerns about anything, he’s been helpful in answering them and giving you some insight on how to treat or control. We couldn’t be happier with this service. The pesticide used is pet friendly and has been super effective in keeping critters/pests from our home. Definitely

We have used EnviroCon for several years and have a monthly contract with them for mosquito and bug control. They are extremely quick to respond and send a tech out. Always very friendly and informative. Appreciate the detailed level of customer service they provide. Gabe (our tech) is very knowledgeable and always wants to make sure we know what’s happening and what to expect. I like that EnviroCon sends the same techs out so they are familiar with our property and any special issues we may have. We will continue to use Envirocon and recommend them frequently.

EnviroCon is a great service, they are always on time and clean all areas pretty good. I requested them to come back because we ended up getting a pile of fire ants after a storm and with one treatment they were all gone. I highly recommend them!

I called this business on a Friday and they were able to send a technician on Saturday morning. Joseph arrived one hour prior to the scheduled appointment. He was thorough with explaining the process and different resources he was using. At the end of the appointment he explained what we should expect over the course of the next few days. I spoke with Steve when setting up an appointment. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained the process and provided a 2 hour window for my appointment. Joshua was the technician that came out today and let me know when he was in route and he was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I had identified some termites in my back fence, but luckily they had not (yet) gotten into the house after inspection by ACT Pest Control. After speaking to Carl when he was onsite I decided to not only treat the fence but also install a termite bait system around the permimeter of the house to give me peace of mind given that termites had revealed themselves close by. Carl was great, he is very knowledegeable and gave me significant insight into termites and infestations and also explained the current state-of-the-art treatment options available. He provided recommendations given my situation

Carl’s knowledge of termites is impressive; his patience explaining how the termite eradication process works and dealing with our concerns was professional and straightforward. He always followed through with regular check ups at our home and will continue to do this even though his team has successfully treated the termite infestation.
