I was a slightly difficult customer in as much as I changed my mind about what I wanted done and had to change the booking date a few times. He dealt with each and every request cheerfully. His responses were prompt and he took the time to ensure I understood the pricing structure. On the day of the job, Ralph was punctual and did the job faster than I imagined it would be done.
