Excellent old fashioned service. My first contact was with Nigel who was very helpful and booked in a suitable time and also advised on the cost to fit my new appliance. Trevor and Dray arrived at the allotted time and were friendly, efficient and tidy tradesmen. Would definitely recommend them.

Dealing with Nige was a pleasure.
He responded promptly, had a pleasant demeanor, and explained concepts in simple terms.
His electrician team was also excellent.
They showed up on time (!!!! can you believe it?!) and seemed to take real pride in their work.

Excellent service and great value for money. The lads were able to come earlier in the day, and install a new stove top, a light pendant, and fixed a few switches and switch plates that were aging. They even got into my roof to install some extra wood that was anchored to the beams as the pendant was in an area without a beam and they wanted to give some extra support. They cleaned up after themselves, tested all installations and patched the hole from where the old pendant light had hung, ready to be sanded and painted. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future. Many thanks

The guys from JNA Electrical were punctual, very courteous, offered helpful advice about our lighting and general installation work, and then carried out the work with no fuss. And they cleaned up after themselves - which is rare for tradesmen

I received a wonderful service from Nigel recently. I contacted JNA Electrical for an electrical problem I had early in the morning. Nigel wasn't able to send an apprentice to me for a couple hours, so walked me through the problem over the phone and how to correct it. Most impressively he was available for phone calls throughout the morning for progress / follow up. This was a service that I didn't expect and it obviously saved me money.
I have a major electrical job coming up soon. He's certainly who I'll be using.

Our circuit breaker failed on a weekend. We hadn't been able to get on to our usual electrician so initially contacted another company. After an attempt at absolute price gouging, we promptly sent the first business on their way and contacted JNA Electrical instead. Nigel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try and help us. Trevor attended the job in about an hour and was professional, extremely competent and an excellent communicator.
