The Queensland Housing Finance Loan may be available for Queenslanders who can afford to buy or build a home but cannot get private finance from a bank or building society. This loan can be used to buy an established house, unit, town-house or duplex, or to build a house. Your initial monthly repayments will start at 30% but will not be more than 35% of your agreed continued income.

Glen was employed by QBCC Cairns to repair my house after a previous Builder did dodgy work. Glen was meant to fix my house. He has ruined it. He left 2 walls expose to the elements as he refused to put the cladding on knowing that we cant do it our selves. He has damaged every piece of furniture including my computer screen and he left our house exposed to the elements when he removed all the window and doors over last Xmas for over 6 weeks when all it did was rain. The QBCC will not hold him accountable and we are now left with a $50,000 repair bill. Don't let this man near your house. He will

Last week my renovation by Eden bu Design was finally completed. Started a 3 month renovation in last week of June 2020. 13 months, that’s right 13 months, 3 QBBC complaints, plenty of excuses and a whole lot of frustration later I am finally done with Glenn Eden, at least I hope so. Any positivity wth his work has disappeared long ago I am afraid. It is mind boggling the expenses you incur when you are out of your house for so long, especially when only expecting it to be a quarter of that time.
