The refurbishment of the iconic Prince Hotel offers a boutique experience, echoing its St Kilda beachside location. The interior design approach continues to preserve the hotels original art deco architecture, offering a softer palette of alternating textures and hues, suggestive of Miami beaches and candy coloured ice-creams.
