CP Roos & Son is a long-established family business servicing Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove, as well as the broader Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast areas. Three generations of Roos builders have been providing quality homes in the region for the past 55 years. Proprietors Pieter and Kerry Roos continue to run the business from Barwon Heads and are joined by their son Conan, along with staff and sub-trades.
CP Roos & Son has completed a wide range of projects, including the award-winning 'Chocolate Gannets' luxury units at Apollo Bay as well as designer coastal homes of all sizes, from modest abodes up to more substantial homes of 70 squares. The business also caters for additions and renovations of various sizes, specialising in beautiful bathrooms.
A maintenance service is available for completed projects, as well as for existing residences in the area. Our diversity is such that Pieter has worked with local artist Jan Mitchell in creating the Geelong and Sydney bollards. All work is covered by insurance during construction phase right through to completion, and with hand-over comes the peace of mind that our workmanship is fully guaranteed.
