Definitive Shutters and Blinds have now installed two houses worth of windows and doors for us - they are that good! We went for the "ULTIMATE Plantation Shutters" and "Blinds by Peter Meyer". It took us a couple of years to complete the (second) house with multiple stages. Lisa spent a lot of time showing us different options, explaining the pros… and cons from personal experience and was very accommodating with changes to the initial plan. Can't recommend Definitive Shutters & Blinds enough. Lisa and her team are put simply, wonderful in every way. We couldn't be happier with our blinds that we got for our kitchen window. They were a custom order meaning these blinds aren't something that they often sell but they couldn't have been more helpful from the get go. Such an easy process. We had custom western red cedar shutters installed in the last school holidays. From initial quotation through to installation, expectations were managed, met and ultimately exceeded. They arrived when they said they would, provided much appreciated advice based on their longstanding experience, and charged what they said they would. No complaints whatsoever about service. After using the shutters for a few weeks, we have found the shutters to be of a high quality and we love how they look. Thanks :)
