Had 3 large windows, one sliding door and custom screen security door made some years ago. After several years, I had trouble with the lock/air closing pump on the security door. It was out of warrantee. After about 10 phone calls over a period of several months and promises to come and fix the lock/closing pump, I mentioned the negative feedback on Google. Within an hour the owner came to my house unannounced while I had visitors. He started ranting and repeating himself numerous times, yelling at me to come to him so he could show me the lock. I told him to calm down, he just lost all self control

Initial customer service from the front of house staff (Shaun) has been excellent. All information required for quote and build obtained in an easygoing manner, with no question too hard. Looking forward to the build going ahead, so another review on the actual product and installation will be forthcoming...!

Had Grandview come out and evaluate what was needed to be done. Gave generous amount of time (over a month) to complete the quote. Had to call and chase up the quote then give another 2 weeks to finalise the quote and even then the quote wasn’t done. Too much of a headache for just 2 windows. Would hate to think if it was a larger job.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Arranged a 2 hour window time for them to attend and quote and was specific that I needed to leave at a certain time. Half an hour past the latest time I could wait - no show. I rang and rearranged to the next day, again giving a 2 hour period that I would be home. Waited until nearly an hour past agreed time and rang again. Was told he'd ring them and see what's going on and call me back. Have heard nothing from them. If this is how bad they are at attending to give a quote there is no way I would book a job in with them. Have gone with another company
