Viridian SmartGlass is a range of single glazed toughened Low E products that incorporate an advanced energy efficient insulation coating. A choice of solar control with low reflectivity ideally suited to the demands of Australian residential home applications. The hard coat Low-E that is used in SmartGlass is applied to the glass while it is still semi-molten as it comes out of the glass making furnace.

Worth the short wait it took to have my dream doors & windows installed. Their customer service was fantastic (very knowledgeable on what would & wouldn't work for the space) and quality of product is second to none. They really helped turn my dream house into a reality. Highly recommend these guys!

The finished product which was a custom made product was exactly as described and installed with care and precision.

Shocking, very rude Probably because I interrupted their lunch)
Was told they do not have second hand window screens yet on leaving the premises I noticed some out the front that look like the size I need. Went back in but he was on the phone for ages had to leave as I was on my lunch break.
Phoned when I got back to work to be told they don't sell second hand
stuff that it goes straight to the tip.
Funny that I go past every day and things have been sitting out the front for days/weeks. Do these people not want business????

I’m so suprised with my experience considering all the other reviews. I have had 3 appointments now to fix something and none has shown up. The original item (soft closer) I had fitted to my door fell of and it took 6 phone calls and several emails before anyone even responded. Then they miss 2 booking before they finally can out and fixed the issue. I then was told the door needed some unrelated repairs and once again no one came at the appointment time. I would not recommend this company. They are unreliable and obviously not interested in doing a good job. Vey disappointed

The door installer was awesome, did a great job and was very helpful. However we did wait 8 weeks for our doors and never received a call from this company in the 8 weeks. we were told the doors will take 3 to 4 weeks and we have done all the chasing. Not good with customer service at all. basically no customer service
