This is a quality team that is both attentive to the changing demands of a renovation and offers ready alternatives if the situation requires.
Two particular strengths of Jervo which impressed me are that they are very easy to speak with about aspects of the job – always keeping me informed about it's progress, and about any difficulties which required a discussion so to resolve; and the craftsmanship of their work– sometimes taking time when it is truly required so to achieve a quality product.Ilya and Vlad worked hard to achieve a result I am very pleased with.

We had our kids' bedrooms renovated and we are very pleased with Ilya and Vladimir's professionalism and craftsmanship. He is easy to talk to, very punctual, and takes great pride in the quality of his work. His fees are reasonably priced and would recommend ways on how we can work well within our budget without compromising the outcome. My husband and I researched for other builders and we are so pleased that we had stumbled across Jervo Renovations. There is no need to find anyone else to look after our home renovation needs. Ilya, of Jervo Renovations, spotted cracks in my cornices I had not noticed before. Made what I thought would be a complicated job easy and fixed little problems all over the house where some trademen could not be bothered. Very easy to deal with. I don't usually trust tradesmen but Ilya put me at ease from the start. I would definately use Jervo again. In fact I am using Jervo for another small reno soon.

Ilya has been working on my house on and off for the last 5 years doing odd handyman work and minor plumbing repairs. He is reliable, trustworthy, and always provides fair quote prior to commencing the work. From the outset, our interactions with Ilya were easy-going and straightforward. The job itself entailed the entire refurbishment of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & separate laundry - along with a new kitchen, flooring and fitted wardrobes.

to provide a high quality finished product but guide me on many of the critical decisions of bathroom fitting selections, colour matching
and layout. I conducted a wide survey of providers across Sydney, and Jervo promptly responded to all the changes I proposed before awarding
the contract.
During construction there was an opportunity for me to vary the scope of work and for each change, negotiations were fair
