I contacted Gareth to request a quote on resurfacing my pool and complete some landscaping work. He arrived late to the appointment however looked at the pool measured up and said he would get back to me with a price. I rang him at least a 2 or 3 times to follow up and "he promised" to provided me with a quote which never came. Appalling Customer Service and such we will use others to complete our job

I had an excellent experience while renovating my indoor, gas heated pool as always came out with very competitive pricing for good quality materials, good stock range and prompt service.
Got installed an eQ18 Salt Chlorinator with Bluetooth App control (With PH Probe kit And Chlorine Sensor kit). Staff have fantastic knowledge of products and always happy to answer any questions an ongoing support.
Excellent great customer service as staff have a great attitude. I certainly recommend them to anyone needing anything with regards to pools and spas.

Sydney pool Renovations took on a job that some felt was too difficult. The top 15 cm of tiles had to be taken off and replaced. There were other repairs... covers for inlet and outlet pipes, new glass for 2 filters, new pool cleaner, new automatic chlorinator. Starting with a full pool on a Monday morning Errol's team were extremely efficient and by Saturday morning the pool was refilled and all appropriate chemicals added. Looks Fantastic.
