In Adelaide, a solar energy system is already one of the most sought after additions to the construction of a new home - and with a few basic steps, it can also be one of the simplest. At Greenlife Solar, we have worked together with many Adelaide customers to ensure the installation of a solar energy system is the easiest part of the entire building process.
Solar panels produce the most power on a north facing roof - or as close to it as possible. However, panels that face east or west will typically still maintain 85% efficiency or greater. Yes there is, anyone who purchases a solar power system is eligible for an 'STC' discount, which is a point of sale discount available as part of the Renewable Energy Target.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Engineered incorrectly, installed two months after promised and still have ongoing issues with SAPN 3 months after installation because paperwork wasn't done correctly.
The poor service was excused and apologised for, however the effort to rectify the issues took a long time and showed they have very little time for small customers.

Just having system installed. Electricians courteous, knowledgeable,friendly and clean! they went out of their way, to install my inverter in the shade, even though i'm certain it wasn't included in the original quote. Also made it look good with no ugly or messy cables or conduit exposed on the outside of the house. excellent Quality panels, inverter, warranty and system. So happy to have gone with greenlife and the team. Only too happy to recommend to anyone!

Matthew from Greenlife was the salesman who showed the most interest in our needs, went onto the roof to make sure of panel placement and the state of our roof before beginning the job. He also took pics of our spinning wheel electric meter and where we would have the Inverter installed for the Installation team. He calculated our current usage and talked about the panels and Inverter he recommended as well as leaving leaflets on both products. This was not our experience with any other solar quoter, in fact the others only wanted to come out after sending an estimated emailed quote without viewing

I read a lot of reviews on solar companies and the horror stories put me off getting panels.

Their service and knowledge is excellent - people turned up on time as arranged, information was thorough, I understood what the process was even though they coordinated everything. It could not have been smoother or easier.

The reenlife team (Mathew in particular) constantly ensured we were informed and consulted throughout the process.
Mathew handled all the communication between the electricity companies for us & continually guided the process.
The installation team were so friendly, ultra-efficient and diligent. Mathew even put together a customised information pack about our system and how to care for it.
The performance of the system is also well beyond our expectations.

Matthew inspected my roof the next day after I asked for a quote online, he explained the different solar panels and inverters on offer and answered all my questions in detail.
His team installed my 1.5kWh PV system in a smooth routine manner and instructed me on the maintenance.
On a sunny October day those 6 x 260 Watt REC panels generate nearly 10 kWh.
To have the world's best panels plus inverter and a local company to turn to if I need help, gives me peace of mind.

I am very happy with my Solar Panels installed yesterday. It was a pleasure, (not often seen these days) to see such a professional approach to all aspects of the work.
It was 16 days from acceptance of quote to installation. Matthew did all the work in contacting SA Power Network and my energy supplier...so easy for me!
Patrick and Nathan did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well after completion.
