We paid almost $500 for a new car key with a spare. The next day we found that our car would not start with the spare key and had to be towed. The spare key was never tested after the locksmith "coded" it. We know this as he only started the car with one of the keys after finishing the job. We rang multiple times asking him recode the key and he told us that we would have to drive an hour to Byron Bay to have it fixed. The mechanic informed us that it was a fault with the key and everything else on the car was fine. Locksmith refused to compensate for towing or for the extra $80 we paid for a key

Excellent service and saved me hundreds. Was quoted by Toyota dealer that I would have to replace ignition barrel and program two new keys. Instead he got to work in a calm professional manner and took care of the issue for a fraction of the price. Was professional the whole time and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended for honest, professional service. Even during a holiday period, Blake was the epitome of kindness, hard work and attention to detail. He took the time to find the right solution as we have many sliding doors, some fixed doors and we wanted a digital keypad on our front door. When the courier didn’t deliver, Blake chased it up in order to meet our needs and timeline. Thanks to Blake, we now have a secure house.

Terrible customer service. I was promised at 12 noon that a locksmith would arrive on the same day for an urgent job. By 6 pm, after many unanswered phone calls, still nothing. Should have known better but to call these guys again after my first experience with them was mediocre as well. Definitely not recommend.

Blake is an absolute legend! We lost our car keys on our family holiday to Byron Bay, we had to check out of the house by 10am and Blake pulled out all of the stops to help us. Couldn't be more thankful for these guys' help! Was stuck at a festival campsite over the easter weekend without a key to drive my car out. These guys came out in no time and made me 2 spare keys for a lot cheaper than the original quote for just 1. The man was so friendly and got the job done in no time. Highly recommend these guys!
