Matt helped us move a gas meter so we could get some repair work done. He explained what he was going to do clearly, turned up on time and charged a fair price in line with his original quote. He even helped to re-light the very temperamental pilot light on our 20+ year old hot water system afterwards. The best plumber I've dealt with in years.

After having experienced rogue cowboy plumbers that left our home more leaky after than before, Matt from Beez Neez's work is a REFRESHING difference! He is a really decent bloke who is very professional and good at what he does. Excellent customer service and experience!! Matt was extremely friendly and trustworthy during his multiple call-outs. Even when I made the mistake of not realising that my mother had a serious issue with our laundry toilet (leakage) and only had him check/service the main bathrooms, he came out again on the same day despite his busy schedule in the evening to look at it before ordering new parts for the following week. His pricing was extremely competitive and he seems to value customer loyalty and works hard to maintain a good customer relationship. I will definitely be using his service again

Matt from Beez Neez plumbing is the most consistent tradesmen I have met in my time as a house owner. He is always busy but does his absolute best to prioritise emergency jobs and if not an emergency is very good at communicating when he will be able to get there.
