The natural slope of the grounds surrounding Brooke and William's house meant that it was imperative that the stormwater drain. The delivery truck was all packed and ready to go, Hayley and Brendan would miss their old house but they were very excited. Prices are very expensive! We paid $800 + materials to investigate a leak and replace two mixer taps. Plumber had to visit 3 times to investigate the cause of our leak, each time it was costing us more and more. We should have definitely asked for some quotes rather than getting a surprise bill at the end of the job. In the end we had to replace replace our bathroom mixer tap to fix the problem but I wish the plumber had advised that earlier to save us the investigation costs. It would have been cheaper to quickly replace than keep investing the cause. Owner wasn’t willing to reduce the costs

We had an Australia Day long weekend emergency. Gerry was super helpful on the phone and talked us through how to control the leak without any weekend charges. The guys came the next working day and fixed it right up. Very impressed with the work that was done - so efficient!

Gerry van Hulsen and his team at NBP did a superb job of renovating our bathroom in Mosman, from set up though installation to cleanup. His trades people were expert and careful and Gerry provided advice on quality fittings. The finish on all tiling was just perfect. Our wider renovation included cabinetry, rendering and electrical work, all or which we did with people recommended by Gerry; all were totally dependable and no-fuss professionals. We would highly recommend NBP for bathroom renovations.
