Disappointed with the result from Nathan, I cannot understand why a tradesman would not want to finish a job to client satisfaction or at least take pride in the finished result. The job was delayed unnecessarily and when it was finally finished there are holes in the floor and the edges are only partially finished. Nathan also refused to take the chance to complete the job as requested.
