With over 20 years' experience in the local concrete industry Aaron has made his way through the ranks to become Redicrete's Business Unit Manager. He is one of the key pillars behind the smooth operation of each Redicrete batch plant, his customer focused attitude ensures product service and quality are held in the highest regard.

My fiancé started with Redicrete through an agency owned by ATB Morton called Redistaff solutions, he was told they don’t pay you to train which he found out later was illegal. He worked there for a very short time but said the trucks where just too dangerous which led to be true given the results of inspections by the police and the RMS where they defected over half the fleet. Companies must pay workers for all work carried out which includes training !

We recently concreted our driveway and are very happy with the results! The manager, Dan, was professional and very easy to deal with. A special thanks to the driver, Kevin, who was patient, assisted us with spreading the concrete and gave us handy hints. After contacting all the local suppliers, we've found Redicrete at Berkeley Vale were the best value on the coast. I'd highly recommend contacting them for all your concreting needs.
