Alec Pappas Architects Pty Ltd is a boutique firm of architects based in Sydney. Alec graduated at The University of New South Wales and has over 30 years of experience as a registered architect. The company is a busy and successful small practice that is proud of having designed and provided architectural services for hundreds of buildings and development throughout Sydney and other regional areas over a period of three decades.
In the concept design phase, we obtain our client's brief; arrange, attend and record meetings with our client; establish the site conditions and constraints; make initial inquiries about regulatory requirements; and review the project budget. We can then proceed to prepare a preliminary design. During this process, we explore and illustrate the design and cost options appropriate to the size of the project for our client to consider.
