We used this service for our end of lease/moving in clean. Job was done very poorly. Many areas of the house have been left dusty and it seems that they have not been cleaned at all.
Some main concerning areas:
• Blinds and curtains are extremely dusty
• Toilets have not been cleaned properly
• Insides of cupboards and built in robes have not been wiped
• Bathroom floors and walls are not cleaned
• Walls in general are still very dusty
• Cooling vents are dirty
• Cobwebs inside the house
• Kitchen floor is dirty
• kitchen stovetop is still covered in oil and grime

Professional & very flexible company as my new house settlement delayed three times so I continue changed my dates to clean three times. Thanks to Gary’s patience who smiled & said don’t worry as he himself been through from this settlement issue for his own property so he said he knows the feelings of us. In the end the cleaner Honey & Navjot came & they were very professional. They clean my house like it’s their own house. Wow, it was amazing to see my rental house after tennets made huge mess. I thought i will cost me thousands of dollars but i were wrong. It were priced so genuine and guys just did a great job. Other company cancel on us last minute with no valid reason, as we need to pass keys by 5pm was desperately looking for end of lease cleaners. While searching thru google find this company Pro Vacate Cleaning Melbourne. Spoke to a lovely lady Alisha who manage to slot in my booking for 12pm. 2 friendly and wonderful guy came in with big smile, and my apartment looked much better then we moved in.
