When is the best time to polish concrete if I have an old or existing slab or I'm renovating? Why does Grind and Seal wait 28 days and some other companies only wait a week or two before polishing? Is there a possible pitfall to having an initial grind done and then waiting until further down the track to have it completed?
Grind and Seal did a terrific job at our property, we knew in advance of building our new home that we were going to have polished concrete downstairs, therefore we contacted Grind and Seal to speak to them about our job and they liaised with our builder/concretor to ensure that we had a concrete slab with the perfect specifications for what were after!
Did you know that "exterior polished concrete" flooring is a misnomer? The outdoor alternative to interior polished concrete is actually known as honed concrete or non-slip outdoor concrete because it uses a different, non-slip grinding and grouting technique!. Tim was very professional and he did a great job of preparing our warehouse floor for subsequent painting.
He kept in contact when needed, arrived on time the day the job was to be performed and even stayed back in order to finish that day, so I could meet my other scheduled commitments.

Tim and his team are absolutely amazing! They are professional, kind, responsible and very easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is excellent. We love our new polished garage floor. Tim from Grind and Seal is one fine tradesman but an even finer gentleman. Great communication, SENSATIONAL result with exceptional attention to detail. Our floor was difficult to prepare to say the least but nothing was too hard for them. Our floor has transformed our house, so easy to clean and maintain and very dog friendly. We love it. Very highly recommended.

It is impossible to compliment the Grind & Seal team sufficiently to reflect my outstanding experience - A Seriously Customer Centric 1st Class Operation!! From my initial enquiry through to the completion of the job - Tim, Toni and Brayden have been totally amazing, with nothing too much trouble. My outdoor area's polished concrete looks significantly better than I could have hoped for!! The pictures attached really dont do it justice

The Grind and Seal team were fantastic. Worked well with my builder and the constraints of our place and did an absolutely fabulous job. So much so that both the chippie and the builder have now changed to Grind and Seal as their preferred provider going forward.

The team at Grind & Seal recently completed the concrete floors for two units in Hampton and as you can see by the photo have done an incredible job. Tim and the team are very passionate about all aspects of there work and it shows in the finished product. I found grind & seal to be very professional in terms of booking the work to all site works. Every team member is very experienced and has in depth knowledge in all aspects of concrete from start to finish.

Our company, Biggin & Scott Casey, wanted a WOW look for our new office premises. And after contacting Grind & Seal, we decided to go ahead with them. We were after a particular look and wanted the floors to be one of the highlights of this amazing office space. Grind & Seal delivered!
