In 5 years of being with Spirit I've never had issues and their support has always been top notch. If Spirit is offered in your building it is a no brainer to choose them and no one else. Coming from North America I was concerned about the lack of high speed internet in Australia, but Spirit is better than any ISP I've ever used.

Very stable with super high upload speed as well. Installation crew was nice and professional. Troubled with unreliable and intermittent Wi-Fi coverage, residential Anglican college Janet Clarke Hall needed to get their students learning and. I was dubious about using a provider different than the big two, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Spirit. The whole process was quick & easy, the technician who came was very friendly and competent and my Internet speed is great so far even during busy times in my building. The price is also competitive with other providers. Would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with Spirit internet technical support. I was lucky enough (by chance) to speak to the same operator twice - Juliet. She was thorough and helped me solve my issues. The second time I called for help in connecting the new router Juliet answered again & not only did I not have to re-explain the problem, she remembered me and brought up my details immediately. It’s tough in COVID times with everyone working from home, internet support is essential.

I live in a large block of apartments , where spirit ran a line of fibre to a node in the building. The speeds are pretty consistent: 48/48, but there were intermittent connection issues. Unsure whether that was on Spirit's end or the apartment infrastructure. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. But they do have some shady website tricks, making it very difficult to contact them. There is also no mention of "how to cancel". The "contact us" button is actually completely invisible, and is hidden in plain site (they made the text the same colour as the background and you can only see it once

Have been with Spirit for 5 years in an apartment and have received great service, 100/100 connection had low latency and matched advertised speeds. If Spirit was available at my new residence I would definitely sign up again.

So far its been smooth sailing! The tech came and did the install only a couple days after signing up and having a 100mb symmetrical internet plan is hard to imagine to live without already. If you can get it I would definitely recommend them!

Great service and customer care. I'm using Spirit for 2 years and had no issues with the service. I love their 24x7 customer support. Great value for money too. I would say I prefer Spirit over NBN considering their pleasant service.

I have been an apartment based user of Spirit for several years now, and am very impressed with their service ethos. There have been very few (and always short) outages since installation and the reason for the outageand likely repair time is available on their web site (likely pointing to the actual street or building of the outage) . With calls or emails to their contact centre you get a very professional and timely response. I wish the type of service they provide was the norm for other telecommunication providers, as Spirit should be considered a high benchmark service provider.

I had NBN installed prior and it was atrocious. Constant drop outs, not reliable and more expensive. I have been super happy with Spirit. Excellent and thorough customer service, speeds are amazing and more importantly consistently so, and I am so glad I am now saving money and have a much better and stable service than ever before. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best internet currently available :-)
