Perry Removals has been serving the greater Wollongong region since 1990 by owner and director John Perry. John has over 30 years of experience in the removals industry and has worked in Sydney and Melbourne for national removal companies in the past. John has his focus on providing an outstanding removals service for locals by locals.
Perry Removals are able to offer a range of industry standard removalist boxes and packing supplies. Below is just a short list of some of the items we can provide. Please contact for further details and a competitive quote. More fragile items such as Crockery and glassware are also well suited to this size box as there will be less pressure on items at bottom of box compared to if they were packed in a Large Box.
A: Depot to Depot is the method of calculating the time for your move, in most circumstances you will be charged from the time the truck leaves the depot, up until the truck returns to the depot. This is standard for hourly rate moves across the removalist industry. A: If you would like to use your own boxes you will need to ensure the boxes are sturdy and durable to avoid any damages during transit.

I have not used this company. However I have seen them in action. Whilst in the process of moving someone else's furniture the removalists were yelling profanities around the residence and in the street as well as smoking. I thought they were trespassers initially and was considering notifying the authorities before seeing the truck arrive. I found them unprofessional and was sufficiently put off to the point were I felt I should write a review to warn would be clients.

The team from Perry Removals are the best I've ever used! Having lived in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs previously and booked many removalists, these guys were great. They helped pack up all the left over bits and remembered things like taking hoses, etc. On arrival at my new property in Kangaloon they helped place the furniture where I needed it, they didn't just lump it all in a pile like most removalists. One item was scratched, which they pointed out to me at the time. All in all, the made a stressful day much easier.. Highly recommended

Beware!!!! After reading the website and reviews I decided to use John perry removals. Marketed as professional is far from the truth - more like rouge cowboys. Even after insisting that my beautiful furniture needs to be carefully protected and packed the literally broke sctrached every piece. Legal action underway. Save yourself grief and disappointment do not use these John perry removals. Had to give a start to be able to write a review. They are simply not worthy of any stars.

We recently used Perry Removals to transport a piece of furniture from Wollongong to Berry. John was quick to answer the phone and take my calls and found a time to deliver it us a few days after our call. The piece of furniture arrived in good order. His staff were very accommodating in helping me move some furniture out of the way to make room. They were timely and courteous and I would most certainly use them again.

One of the worst experiences of my life the removalists were so rude and abusive!!!
I felt threatened by them and they weren't very co operative at all.
They were very slow and tried to crank up the hours to get paid more.
I rang the office to complain and the man wasn't interested at all.
They also damaged my furniture and my washing machine.
VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE INDEED!!!!
