I have just built a brand new home and needed bathroom products. Cass Bros have everything you need. However due to the EXTREMELY RUDE RUSSIAN sales lady I had to go spend my money elsewhere.
If you want business Cass Bros, I suggest you get rid of her.. She has deterred myself and many people I know from buying from you.

Don't stand by the products they sell. We spent over $10k with them and had 2 minor warranty issues and they tried everything to avoid warranty replacement. They would say the there couldn't possibly be a fault with the items or that the product must have been installed incorrectly. I ended up needing to say that the plumber has over 30 years of experience and so if he's saying the product is faulty and refusing to instal it, then we have to take that on. Bear in mind no one from Cass Brothers had inspected the product - they had zero evidence to base their challenges on. Very disappointing service

This store sells high quality bathroom fixtures and fittings. An excellent display and an extensive range of products really helps in making that final decision. Don't forget to take photos of existing items and measure the dimensions. Take a tape measure with you. Plenty of parking available, but you need to enter via the southern side of Parramatta Road (on the LHS when coming from the city) .

I have found Cass Brothers to provide an excellent service. Friendly, helpful staff & reasonable prices.
There maybe cheaper prices online but you have the benefit of a showroom to view the products.
I returned a tap today (nothing wrong with it) refund offered no fuss after they couldn't help me resolve my problem.
Would recommend & would shop there again.

Fantastic showroom with a great range of products. Very helpful staff members, especially Agnes who was excellent and went out of her way to help us by suggesting better suited or higher quality products for our large renovation of our house & shop. Turned up today to buy a shower head and two toilets and got everything I wanted. After not being served in a major bathroom chain I headed to CASS Brothers Petersham and within a minute of walking in the door I was looked after by the big boss himself. He spent the time to help me select the right toilet and shower head and nothing was too much trouble. They have a massive range and you can tell service is a top priority because everywhere I looked customers were being looked after by staff who were only too happy to help. Great all round shopping experience.

We need a new hot water system urgently as our plumber is coming out on Saturday to install. Ordered the wrong unit online at 11am Thursday but Cass Brothers managed to deliver the right unit on Friday 10am after calling them on Thurs 3pm to correct my order. That is < 24 hours from ordering to delivery. Received the refund of the price difference in 3 working days!

I can only review the ‘friendliness’ of their staff, as I haven’t (and now won’t be) a customer. I had to do a difficult cornering manoeuvre in a small truck I was just getting used to. I asked if I could park in their car park for a few minutes. I was tired from a long drive and also new to Sydney. The man said very bluntly ‘absolutely not’.. I… even offered to pay him for the spot for a few minutes, I was super worried about how I was going to get out.. but he shook his head and had a whinge about ‘all the people’ who park in the car park

Great service yet again. I had to swap some items during a renovation. From the helpful guy upstairs who assisted with a smile, to the helpful retail staff downstairs, the whole experience was amazing.
