The product was good. The issue I had was the lack of communication with Polvin. The product took almost 2 months to arrive which is probably causes from Covid. But it was very difficult to get updates from them. I had asked for 2.5m gates with a drawing and measurements, When it arrived the gates were 1.5m and when I asked they said that was the biggest they do. It was in the quote that they were 1.5m but I had assumed they made them 2.5m. Which was my mistake. But when I spoke to them they would not offer any solution. Just very brash and dismissive. I have been a fencer for over 5 years with
