I rang James from platinum electricians newcastle because he was local and I needed someone to fix my smoke alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping incessantly despite trouble shooting at 9pm!
What made his service the best was he was responsive and prompt with his arrival and had the beeping fixed in no time at all! Even better had a plan to replace the beyond ancient alarms at a more suitable time :)
Couldn’t hope for a better, professional, approachable tradie!

Couldn't recommend this company more, all staff went above and beyond and accommodated last minute changes where possible. Joel the electrician who completed the job was wonderful and very professional. Will use again when ever we require an electrician again

We called Platinum Electricians to help us fix a faulty isolator for our solar system. Jack and Russell were both so professional and were wonderful in communicating the issues found and the process of fixing it. It made us feel a lot more reassured and safe after the disaster with our solar provider (not Platinum). Would definitely recommend Platinum Electricians!

I couldn't have asked a better company for assistance when the chips were down, I was in trouble, no power or lights, and because of their professional and competent advise and support , the issue was resolved , and my wife was appreciative also, being stuck in sydney because of flooded roads, it eased her mind, happy wife happy life. I have used platinum with James and his team, The team have always been there and communicated promptly, clearly what is going on, they always do what is asked and pricing is fantastic and fair. James and his team pride themselves in not ripping anybody off and that why i will always use platinum warners bay as my go to..... the team have done for me, things from data, electrical, air cond, and helped me throughout my renovations properties.
