Our Team Report

Josh Lammi, owner of LB Timber Floors, cut his teeth sanding floors with his father at just eight years old. By eighteen, he was already a fully-qualified tradesman. The apprenticeship program he started usually takes four years, but thanks to his level of competency, Josh completed this a year early.

Equipment left in carpeted bedroom when it was supposed to be shut. Dust everywhere in part due to bag not being properly connected but no attempt to clean this up. Damage & varnish on newly painted skirting boards. Incredibly slow to respond to query of when next room will be done. Finally "will it inconvenience you if you can wait 2 mths and I'll see if I can fit you in sometime. I have the txtx if anyone needs a 'reference'
The floor itself is actually nice.

We have an old Queenslander in Toowoomba with hoop pine floors. We had Josh and his team sand and polish our house including the deck. His work is impeccable... he even sourced some recycled floor boards to replace the damaged floorboards. I never expected these floors to turn out so well.
