If I could give less than 1 star I would. The cleaning was done poorly, as per their 72 hour reclean we got them back in which we asked for pictures of - they took none. Non surprisingly the landlord did not want to give us our cleaning fee back. Clean&Clean then blocked and blanked all my calls. Really upsetting.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Booked an end of tenancy cleaning from them in August. Job wasn’t done properly and our landlord took a considerable amount of money off our deposit as a result. Mind you this was after an objective and professional inventory had been conducted. And to no surprise, I was shocked when I saw the pictures taken by the inventory guy after Clean & Clean had been there. SO many missed areas and sloppy things done. Left behind trash bags with their cleaning supplies, did not wipe surfaces properly, completely missed window blinds and skirting boards even though we had communicated

Received dismal service when we booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning. Tried to follow up after our inventory report charged us an additional £100 for inadequate cleaning (e.g. not cleaning window blinds), even though we had explicit reassurance from the cleaning team that they would be thorough (we have explicit email confirmation that blinds would be cleaned). We have sent over 4 emails to them now with no response, this has been going on since mid-August.
We tried calling them, only for a terribly rude man to pick up and say "we only deal via email" before hanging up the phone as I was mid-sentence

This company was recommended by my Mum and I decided to give it a go. I needed someone to do an end of tenancy cleaning in my flat and called Clean&Clean. To be honest, they were absolutely fantastic. A team of 2 arrived promptly and started cleaning areas which needed more attention. Then, moved to the living room and bedrooms. They were well organized and had a professional eye on details. I am so thankful I listened to my Mum’s recommendation. Will book them again.

I've previously booked with Clean&Clean and have been happy with the services they provide. The carpet cleaner is doing a great job and my carpets and sofas always look like new. In terms of cleaning, I have a regular cleaner and my home has never been too dirty, but still needed someone to do the end of tenancy cleaning. Brilliant work!

We hired Clean & Clean for our end of tenancy cleaning - we paid £220 and had an awful service. We paid extra for a carpet clean which didn't happen, they missed lots of sections of the house, which resulted in me being charged an additional fee from my landlord.
Clean & Clean then ignored my emails and have now refused to give me a refund. Avoid like the plague.
