Lovely lady who offered a smile and a quick chat on arrival. Knowledgeable about the stock and pricing of items.
The range itself has a similar feel across the lines. Lots of good wooden pieces, but nothing much we were interested in.
Good little showroom though if you’re in the market for wooden furniture.

Thank you, thank you to the team at Vast. Could not fault the whole process from ordering to delivery. When the arrival of my ordered Kuranda setting was pushed back from the original delivery date, not only was I informed every step of the way, but I was delivered a loan setting as the staff knew I was having a function. The new setting arrived and delivered very promptly. Even upon delivery, I was helped to unpack the setting and move it into position. Seems like good old fashioned service still does exist!

We recently bought the Kuranda furniture setting for our patio. Gorgeous furniture and it looks as great as we hoped. It's also really comfortable and suitable for a young family. Ross looked after us all the way and went above and beyond to make sure we had furniture for Christmas. We were so appreciative. We'd highly recommend Vast for it's great furniture and the customer service.

This review is a little late as my partner and I purchased from Vast a few months back! Honestly we had the best experience, Ross is such a down to earth guy and so helpful, the customer service was outstanding and it was enjoyable just being in the shop. We came in looking for a couch (not knowing they didn’t have any) and left with a new dining table, recycled wood coffee table and 3 bar stools. We can’t fault this furniture! Every piece is just so solid and the quality is insane. We would buy from this company again in a heartbeat.

We purchased a dinning table and set of dinning chairs from vast furniture shop in Gepps x Home HQ. The dinning Table is the most beautiful piece of furniture with so much character, is very solid and so attractive. The chairs are so good looking and so very comfortable. We keep getting compliments from our visiting guests. We were also very happy with the service and delivery. I highly recommend this shop. And vast furnitures.

The staff at Vast Gepps Cross were fantastic and very attentive to our needs. We were very impressed with the range of furniture in the store, eclectic and so different from everywhere else. We loved the fact that there were recycled pieces as well. In the end we decided on the Scando table and the Peter chairs, it was great being able to mix and match what suited our style best. The mango wood of the Scando table is beautiful and sturdy with a lovely grain running through. The delivery was reasonably priced and setup was very simple. We are very happy with our purchase!

I ordered on line and was pleased with the way Shane approached helping me with my order. The furniture has to be ordered from overseas and he went out of his way to help and always kept me up to date with the order and when the furniture was due to arrive. there should be more customer service people like him. Made the experience of ordering on line very pleasurable. Thanks you Shane

Donna and her staff were so accommodating professional and there customer service was nothing but the best i have seen in a long time. I certainly will be purchasing more furniture from your store as i love your product and your staff are nothing but knowledgeable and passionate about what they do the experience for myself was lovely to walk into a shop and be treat not well but extremely well it was uplifting.
