I'm not usually one for reviews but I had to warn you all about these guys. Twice I have had problems with them now, on two separate jobs. They promise they will come to fix it, but after 6 months, I'm convinced they just wont come back now that they have their money. The last job is not operational at all and it will likely cost me three times as much to repair their damage. I dealt with Alex and Russell, basically, anything these guys say cannot be trusted. Save yourself the trouble and use another company

Thank you Alex and team for an amazing job done at my home in Port Melbourne. I recently moved into a tri-level townhouse and wanted to have the home networked with Cat6. Anyone who has done this before will know that retro-fitting a home is a major P.I.T.A. This is where Alex and his team excelled:
1) Good communication right from Day 1
2) Quote was provided without reminder and detailed every aspect of the job (it was a major undertaking)
3) Prompt arrival of staff in the morning
4) Coordination of driller and plasterer
5) Follow up call and email to ensure I was happy with the job

These guys are great. My safety switch kept tripping and I had no power, so I called Prolux and they were at my home in Croydon, Melbourne within the hour to fix the fault. I've since recommended them to family members and friends and will continue to do so, as they provided me with great service, very professional and friendly. Very happy - thanks guys :)

The electrician from Prolux arrived at our home in Werribee and we discussed the work we wanted done, which was: the repositioning of both a telephone extension point and an exterior sensor light; the installation of a new sensor light; a new external double power point and a safety switch. He was punctual and worked quietly and efficiently until the job was completed. We are completely happy with his work.
