We aim to provide top quality doors that include features such as Neufoam polyurethane insulation in a range of thicknesess and Weatherlock thermal break, tongue and groove section joint. With a wide choice of colours on selected doors and a choice between two different ribbing patterns; we value aesthetic just as much as functionality.
The standard doors we use is the Thermatite T175 range of overhead sectional insulated steel doors. Some features of these doors include Neufoam polyurethane insulation for longer lasting, durable doors and quieter operation, Weatherlock thermal break and ship lap section joint for added protection against the weather and different aesthetic options to choose from.
By using all the main features of the T300 door combined with our own ideas and Heatec Technology, we can bring you a practical solution for your heated freezer door needs. The T300 standard door is insulated with three inches of Neufoam polyurethane along with the Weatherlock thermal break and tongue and groove section joint to prevent transfer of air through the door.

I called on a Wednesday at 4:55pm bc our spring broke that morning. They told me Javier would come the next day between 9-11 am. I was shocked when he showed up at 8:50 am!!!! He was super fast and explained his process he did so that I could understand it. He was extremely professional very quick!! I’m never calling anyone else! I love Doortec!!! So very thankful!

Doortec came out and repaired my broken spring quickly and did a fine job. Javier was very knowledgable and explained everything that the job would take even though it was very cold at the time. I will need to replace my door and opener this spring and plan on using DOORTEC for the job and hope Javier will be my technician.

The experience with Doortec, and their technician, Javier.. was above and beyond. They gave me a window of time, on the date my garage door was to be repaired, and they stuck to it.
When Javier arrived, he assessed what needed to be done, and got his tools to start the repair.
I asked him if he needed anything from me, but he didn’t. At that point, I stayed out of his way.
When he was done, Javier assured me, my door was in great operational condition, and I ran and got my clicker from the car, for the last test.
A job well done.

Brent and Javier were excellent and swift to work with. Javier was clear and educational about the issue and explained our options well. Very trustworthy and quality service! I have always used DOORTEC for any issues that I have had with my garage doors. Yesterday, we heard a loud bang that sounded like it came from the garage. Upon inspection, it turned out that one of the springs had broken.
I contacted DOORTEC this morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment for today. The tech they sent was JAVIER. He was very polite and got to work immediately to resolve the issue.
I was very impressed with his knowledge and his work ethic. He was very methodical in resolving the problem. It was interesting to watch him work. He was very smooth in removing and replacing

Javier with Doortec came out on Monday and did a great job replacing our garage door Springs. He had been here about a year ago to replace our garage door opener. Always courteous and professional, and does a great job. I was happy to have the same guy come out a second time and take care of our house. Would use them anytime.

From first call to final payment, they were friendly and helpful. Transparent and reasonable pricing provided upfront for the repair work we needed done. They scheduled Javier, and he communicated in advance when he would be arriving. Javier was great with my curious child, knocked out the repair work within 30 minutes, and was exceptionally kind and professional throughout. Moving forward, DOORTEC will be my first call for *any* repairs with my garage door.
