Lot of talk ( and blurb on website) about how good they will be and their after service. Not my experience. Several issues after payment made not sorted out for months. Excuses of being busy, people on leave, then Xmas. From Aug to Jan before came out again. (In fairness we were overseas for Oct to early Nov but tried to get sorted out before we left). Happier to prioritise new work than sort out after problems. When finally came around excuses as to why bin cupboards not working like bin cupboard even though they installed and did not say would end up as needing to take off the soft close. Pointed
