You Pack Removals provided excellent service for our move from Victoria to Tasmania. The team were helpful answering questions and keeping us informed of what was possible. From the team in the office to the drivers at both ends of the journey, everything ran like clockwork. A big recommend from me if you want to pack your own container for a move.

We had a bad experience with You Pack; late collection and delivery of one car (an additional week CBR - ASP noting You Pack did provide a partial refund of $300 from the rental car expense of $750 plus insurance and fuel once I sought compensation) and a late delivery of one car (3 days CBR - ASP), late delivery of our shipping container into CBR and no packing straps provided, thankfully the container arrived on time into ASP.
Understandably these things will happen, unfortunately the frustration was compounded why the lack of communicationg, no returned phone calls etc. On a positive note the

You pack was fantastic. Container shipped from Perth to Melbourne on time. Communication was good. Absolutely stellar job by the team. Not sure if the truck drivers are just contracted out or not but both were legends and super helpful.
10/10. I don't want to move again but if I had to I'd use you pack again.

Don't trust this company, they are Froud.
You kno why? I wanted post photo of emails sent to me with 2 different quote for the same address required clearly.
First quote was 3000$ from cairns to Melbourne, I accepted and I required a form for a booking and they sent to me another quote up to 3500?saying the first one was from Brisbane.
No my dears you want try a froud.
I keep the email and I will report this with autority consumer

Thanks for a seamless container move and millimeter perfect placement of our 40ft high cube container. I could not get any local people to do this job. They either didn't return my call or emails or just put it in the too hard basket.
After getting frustrated by the other companies, I typed into Google "moving shipping containers" and found you guys.
from start to finish the whole process was so well planned and communicated. Stuart, with a phone call saying he was 25 minutes away, as planned was there on time. Stuart couldn't do enough he really knows his stuff.

Making the decision to re-locate from Sydney to far north Queensland was by far one of the biggest decisions we have ever made.
