I got three quotes for vertical blinds, and whilst not the cheapest (only by a few hundred), by far the best service in terms of considering complexities with our requirements. Was the only firm to offer a privacy screen as an option on two small feature windows, and the only firm to identify some repair work I needed to do before installation. To me this demonstrated they really knew their stuff to give me the best result. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! After twelve months of back and forth with CBI blinds we are left with blinds that are frayed, crooked, do not line up with each other and scrape along the ground (even after they made alterations). On top of such a poor product their alterations have left holes all over our new home which we will have to get filled and painted. Now we have to involve the Department of Fair Trading, what a hassle.
