They called the day before installation to confirm a convenient time and then arrived exactly when we agreed. The installers were very respectful of our house and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to set the system up properly and clearly explain how it works - its so simple and convenient to use the app!
Overall - it was a real pleasure to deal with a company that understood our needs, had excellent service and delivered a great value alarm system.

Absolutely wonderful service. Priscilla was very helpful and very friendly with helping me decide on what security system would work best for my home. Hayden was really efficient at setting up the system, friendly and great at teaching me how to work the system using the app and from the computer. System itself is really good. After moving from our house that had a wired alarm we downsized moving into a new home with no alarm. The home was only 18 months old therefore I was looking for an alarm system that didn’t need to be hard wired. After speaking to a friend I was referred to Blu Sky Security! Communication with Blu Sky was exceptional and they made the whole process simple. The alarm system was for a third party and the customer is very happy and they even returned to train the customer up when she moved in and this was also completed with ease. Would definitely use in the future and happy with the service from start to finish.
