I needed two new hard wired smoke detectors and four battery smoke detectors to meet new fire safe regulations. From the first call to book an appointment to when Jack turned up to do the install I only have very good comments to make. Very professional and on time service. Organised a simple oven hook-up job 4 days in advance, was not told a specific time.
After checking in at 10am on the day I was told my booking would be between 10-12 and I would receive a call from the electrician. Didn't receive any correspondence, at 12:30 I advised the contact person again and miraculously I received a call from the electrician now claiming to be there at 1:30-2:30. In order to save time I asked for a quote over the phone, $180 for the job despite the fact we have a safety switch on the circuitboard I advised him of and the other stove had already been removed. Very disappointed

Love these guys! Friendly, affordable and fast. Had them out on Saturday to install four lights, and booked them back in again to do 8 more in the lounge and kitchen. Will be using them for our next property. After having an extortionate quote from another company, these guys were a breath of fresh air!

I had work done last year, but few days ago the exhaust fan in the main ensuite dropped down and hit the floor while my wife was on the toilet. If she was 50cm closer at the basin the fan would have hit her head on.
After looking at the evidence of why it came down I found the install was done fairly poorly.
1 side of where the ceiling hole was right next to a wooden truss when the fan never sitted flush and therefore was pushing on the other side which ripped the gyproc ceiling. When the hole was initially cut, it was done very roughly with a gyproc saw and left very little on the edge for mounting

I had a bunch of work to do while upgrading my house - replacing lights / installing powerpoints / installing extractor fan.
Nick came over within a few days and provided me with a free quote for all the work, which was reasonably priced.
Within a couple of days, Nick sent out Jack and Will to do two days of work. Both Jack and Will were friendly, professional, and considerate of my house and the work I wanted done. They tidied up everything / removed packaging and old appliances, and vacuumed after.
Overall very happy with the price, the quality of the work and the friendly attitude / timeliness
