We moved away from an architect who we had hired to produce plans for our new home after difficulties having the plans endorsed by council and with consistency of builders quotes. We then engaged with PL Building Design and they immediately identified flaws with the original design. They worked with us and were able to offer solutions to solve our problems while not compromising the intent of the design.
PL Building Design provides professional design and drafting services. We are here to design and document your project from concept to completion satisfying your requirements. It was a pleasure working and dealing with PL building design on our 4 unit development site. We experienced excellent service throughout the design phase of our project and look forward to working with PL Building design on all our future projects.

I was referred to PL Building Design for a tricky extension to my tiny single fronted Victorian terrace through someone who's had their service before. Pino the business owner has been very patient in explaining the details during the entire process, and was very quick in getting the design and permits done. After all his works done, Pino even recommended a few builders and I'm very happy with the builder recommended from him.
Overall if you need a draftsperson who has lots of expertise in dealing with councils, getting quality works done in a timely manner, and charge you a very reasonable fee
