Carlos is awesome, I have used his services several times, the latest he not only charged me less than quoted but also offered to cut 2 keys for the lock I had lost keys for for free if I dropped the lock at his shop.... He then even delivered the keys and lock once he was done... Service does not get better than that, I highly recommend

Carlos was an absolute delight. He came and changed a deadbolt to a deadlatch, which ended up being a more difficult job than initially planned, and he was able to figure out a way to make it work. I highly recommend him!
Not sure how the 1 and 2 star reviews below make any sense. I'd ignore those and stick with the rest of us who have given Carlos 5 stars - he's friendly, honest and efficient and if he can't do the job then he'll say so! Simple :)
