Ordered entertainment unit with delivery date for May. It’s 29/6 and I’m still waiting for delivery. Neither Superior Furniture nor their courier company are responding after taking $1300 in payment. The product pages say ‘delivered assembled’, clearly false advertising as they called to check if they can leave a 100kg entertainment unit in safe place so I can take it to my unit myself and sent an email on top to say hire a professional help to put the unit together. The person who picks up the phone at Superior Furniture is extremely rude and won’t give any delivery details, and said
