Very poor communication. Booked on the 13 December for 14 January. Explained the details of the job over the phone. Not informed that my booking was not confirmed until an inventory was received. Sent the inventory at my earliest convenience as requested only to be told that no booking was available on 14 or any time in the following week.

These guys just did my house move from Perth to Karratha and I could not of had a better experience. I was last minute contacting them but they got me on their truck leaving the next day and had my belongings in Karratha 2 days later. If anything they were almost too efficient landing in Karratha before me.
Extra shout out to Paul the driver who went above and beyond helping me to get my fridge, washing machine and tv out of the box and set up.
I will recommend to everyone.

Amazing service from Adlam from start to finish with our move a couple of weeks ago. From the initial quoting through to the removal day itself, which was full of last minute changes & settlement issues from our end. Mike and Jonno especially were incredibly professional and helped above and beyond on the day.
Have used numerous different removal companies in the past,but these were miles ahead with the quality of their professional service and care factor, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

The guys did their best try to be fast as they could given the amount of furniture. However a lot of swearing and foul language at the top of their voice was unprofessional. Also the guys who came to give us a quote was asking which items they should carry however the guy that came didn’t have a list to refer to hence they left somethings. Also I advise whoever uses the to go round checking their furniture and everything to make sure they haven’t broken anything and haven’t told you. They broke my tv unit glass but only discovered after I had signed and paid.

I have used Adlam Transport 3 times now. Every experience has been above and beyond, fair pricing and excellent staff.
The last move I had went extremely smoothly, the two gents took care of my home and my possessions.
The ladies in the office were just as easy to deal with.

Shane and Paul were on time and ready to go! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't waste any time getting it done. They were extremely accommodating in where we wanted furniture put and although remaining professional they still had a joke and banter with us. We hired the truck through Alinta Energy and it was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend Adlam Transport to anyone looking to move house.

Mike Daniel and Ricky arrived at 7am they packed our house up and moved us to our new house and had everything unpacked and in all the right rooms by 12 midday. They were exceptional young men and worked very hard. They advised that they had marked one of the walls by accident but it was fine.
