We had all our windows and doors provided by Sublime and they work well and look great. There were a few minor adjustments to made along the way and their service team were prompt to come out and iron out along the way.

Really poor customer service. After a couple of emails my quote was forgotten I never received a quote. I should have left it there.
I was later recommended to use this company by an installer but after visiting the website and the Somersby showroom I decided to go with my earlier impression and not use them.

Rang this business to order a window, they took order gave me a quote, I wanted to go ahead and place order after leaving numerous messages for the sales guy they never got back to me. Really sad customer service and a waste of time. I have gone elsewhere. If your not interested in my job just say so dont ignore a potential customer

I bought a large front entry door, a large window & an amazing sliding flyscreen system from Sublime because the Supplier for my Project had let me down and got it wrong. Sublime came through & ahead of schedule. Their finish is amazing and industrial quality. I only wish I had my entire house fitted out with their windows and doors.

Adam and his team at Sublime are a class above any other supplier in my opinion. The windows in my Wedding Pavilion frame the view magnificently. The team installed the windows with care and respect. Adams opinion of finishes to compliment my rustic corrugated iron were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
