I am not a big one for online reviews, but when you experience perfect customer service I figure people need to know. James is a gentleman and a down right professional. He spoke to me with patience and understanding over both text and phone calls. He gave me solid advice which saved us hundreds of dollars. Multiple times I had to tweak my measurements before he made the window frame and every single time he smiled and made the adjustments.
The window arrived and was so well made, fit like a glove and we have an instantly quieter room.
