Good service, competitive price and short lead time (5 calendar days from SA to NSW). The senior moving consultant Troy is very helpful and responsible, replied our calls fairly quickly. We had a bit of a hiccup when the truck couldn't enter the road in front of our house, but Troy was able to find a van for us in last minute and organised the pick-up on a Saturday. Would definitely use them again should we ever need to move interstate.

I had service from Interstate Removals, but there were some mistakes from regional area in WA where I used to live.
Actually, I was able to encounter considerable number of mistakes in this town such as spell mistakes from bank, number is wrong for my Mdicare card and so on. I can't explain every cases, and when I move my stuff from this area to Sydney, there was a paper mistake from my town, but the senior moving consultant Troy take swift action and save my stuff from that area.

I am very disappointed with the service we received. Post booking communication was poor and we couldn't get the item put into the right place at the destination(Had to pay others to come and move it the last 60cm!) It seems that these guys will do the absolute minimum for you post booking. Delivery guy was very grumpy.
There were all sorts of excuses from call center people - who were quite friendly - but ultimately the issue wasn't resolved.
