I had a great experience with Babyland, being my first pregnancy i was abit lost, when i came into the store i had Helen help me out with advise regarding furniture & prams. She was sooo lovley, genuine & friendly. I felt very comfortable and at ease. When i came back to collect the furniture the guys in the warehouse were also very friendly & helpful, loaded everything into my tiny car. Overall a fantastic experience, really nice staff who wanted to help. Thank you for your help in getting ready for baby :)

Terrible service! I would save your time and go to Baby Bunting or Baby Road, where they always have great service and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
I came to collect an online order - thought it would be a simple process but the lady couldn’t find my order, even though I gave her my name and order number. It had to be passed to another lady who again struggled to find my order. I was made to wait while they served other customers (there were only 2 others in the store).
No apology for the long wait and no smile in sight. Maybe an off day but I won’t be back and will be telling my other

We were very happy with the service at this store. We went in knowing what we wanted, the staff were very knowledgeable and showed us alternatives, but we bought the pram we had researched. Unfortunately it was faulty, returned a couple of days later, the part was replaced with no issues at all. Extremely satisfied with all transactions.

I was so impressed by the staff here. My initial attempt to shop all things baby was elsewhere, I was so overwhelmed and felt like I had no help from the staff-besides a sales attempt and that’s it.
From the second I walked into Babyland, I was kindly greeted and given full attention with a smile and kindness. I spent over an hour with a lovely and extremely helpful lady, who assisted me the whole time. On top of this, everything we wanted was in stock and available (which was definitely not the case elsewhere-we were given a 5 month approximate wait time for basic items) AND!!!! They were on

We recently purchased furniture from Babyland and once we started assembling it we realized that there was a nut missing from one item which made it impossible to screw together. We spoke to James to let him know what had happened who followed up with another call to say John would come around to the house to see if he could fix the problem. Within half an hour John was at the house and realized he could not fix it so he took the part away with him and we agreed I would pick it up the next day.
